Somatic Movement Workshop to Decolonize your body and heal from late-stage capitalism. This class is for all levels, and all body types. (Modifications are provided and encouraged). This is a joy inducing high-energy workshop dedicated to shake out the horrors of late-stage capitalism, release emotional stagnation from your past, address the impact of the relationships that have influenced your physical body, let go of traumatic events stored in the tissues, and  experience the collective gift of communal healing. Self-care is community care, and community care is self-care. You will leave feeling energized, hopeful, and motivated!
